Spring cleaning. Does anyone else like having a good old clear out in the autumn?
I LOVE having a good old sort of everything that we’ve accumulated over the year and, either, putting things away or getting rid of it.
Spring is all clean and new anyway but autumn always feels a little bit dusty. In the metaphorical sense.
Having a good old sort out is always a lovely way to round off the summer and get ready for the darker months.
But my favourite from last week came from Caroline who blogs over at Diary of a Mum of Three.
She shared her blogging corner with us. And if you go and look at her post you’d have to agree that it’s undergone a pretty amazing transformation!
The second favourite was created by Lins who writes at Boo And Maddie.
She’d produced the most fabulous ombre effect on a chest of drawers using Annie Sloan’s Chalk Paint. I’ve written before about my own chest of drawers makeover using Chalk Paint.
So lovely to see someone else’s take on it and the effect she’s created is fabulous!
Lovely lovely lovely. I’d like to come for dinner :-) Becky x #HomeEtc
